iTimeTrack Software License Agreement THE SOFTWARE: iTimeTrack BEFORE YOU USE THE SOFTWARE, PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT. 1. All copyrights to iTimeTrack are exclusively owned by Webolize. 2. Webolize grants you a non-exclusive license to use this commercial version of it’s software. This is an individual license for use on a single computer, for any legal purpose. Additional licenses may be purchased through our Sales Department. 3. Webolize makes no representations about the suitability of this software for any purpose. The software is provided ‘As Is’ without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Webolize shall not be liable for any damages suffered by any user of the software. Webolize has no obligation to support this software or to issue updates to this software. 4. Webolize reserves the right at any time not to release another version, or if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the new version. 5. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with Webolize. You agree to abide by the copyright laws of the United States as well as international copyright agreements. You agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction. 6. It is a criminal offence to share your Webolize registration information with others. Sharing this information is considered software piracy under the Copyright Act. If Webolize finds that your registration information is being abused, your account and license will be terminated and Webolize may pursue legal action. 7. Webolize shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages of any sort, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, even if Webolize LLC. has been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. 8.The iTimeTrack site, the Webolize Site, iTimeTrack application, Webolize TimeTracker, Webolize IssueTracker, and the Webolize Services may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. You may not register under a false name or use an invalid or unauthorized credit card. We reserve the right to monitor any activity and content associated with your use of our Site or our Services. We may investigate any reported violation of our policies or complaints and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating the Services, denying access, and/or removal of any materials on the Site; therefore, the client, in this case, will not be entitled to any refund. We reserve the right to report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. We also reserve the right to access and disclose any information relating to your use of our Site, our Software, or our Services, if we feel, in our sole discretion, that accessing or disclosing such information is necessary or appropriate in order to comply with any governmental request, protect our reputation, or to protect ourselves against potential liability. We reserve the right to remove, screen, or edit any content that violates these provisions or is otherwise objectionable to us in our absolute discretion. 10.Webolize will endeavor to ensure that iTimeTrack, Webolize TimeTracker and Webolize IssueTracker will work with the majority of .NET implementations. We do not, however, have control over the changes and upgrades that are made to all .NET implementations and the effect that this may cause on how iTimeTrack, Webolize TimeTracker or Webolize IssueTracker work.
