Fortune summoners talks about the adventures of Arche Plumfield. She moved with her parents to the city of Tonkins, which is located in the country of Scotsholm. The adults open a store, and their daughter enters the magic school of Minas-Ratis. There, the girl learns that she needs an elemental stone to participate in the practice. These elemental items were created 300 years ago. They have become part of everyday life, allowing their wearers to do magic..
Fortune Summoners: Secret of the Elemental Stone belongs to the JRPG genre. And the battles here are not turn-based. Everything happens in real time. The main character knows how to run left and right, jump, push boxes and fight monsters. If a character joins it, it will be possible to switch between members of the squad. The camera in this project is located on the side.
The design of all the characters is stylized as anime. The graphics are two-dimensional and pixelated. In terms of gameplay, the project resembles a hybrid of action and platforming. The schoolgirl fights against monsters with a blade, blocking their blows and conducting combo attacks. Each opponent needs a different approach. Fights with enemies alternate with communication with NPCs and solving riddles. There are also boss battles. The game has an open world. The storyline campaign lasts about 25 hours. However, to complete it, you must complete it twice. There are several levels of difficulty. The mouse is not supported. You can control the heroine only from the keyboard or gamepad.
Fortune Summoners is an adventure in which several genres, such as role-playing, platform, and action, are combined into one. In it, the main characters are a couple of little anime girls who love going on adventures, and… Killing enemy creatures.
Gameplay, once you’ve left the small town in which the little girls live and where you can buy objects and talk to other characters, is actually very similar to any other 2D ‘action RPG’ you’ve ever played before. When you control Arche, who is the expert in melee weapons, you can pull out combos and destroy enemies at short range; when controlling her friend, meanwhile, you’re limited to using magic over longer distances.
The game is quite long, with over a dozen dungeons to explore and pillage and a story that can carry on for over twenty hours from beginning to end.
The game’s art design, as can be seen in the images, emulates 16-bit games. Scenes and characters are recreated pixel by pixel with great care as can be seen in the detail of the characters, whose anime look will definitely appeal to more than one.
Fortune Summoners is a very good game that will prove especially interesting to fans of action RPGs, and anime in general. Plus, it does not require a very powerful computer to work smoothly.

Plot
Arche Plumfield, a young girl moves to the town of Tonkiness with her parents and enrolls in the local magic school. However, she soon finds out that in order to perform magic she needs the power of an elemental stone.
Reception
In the West, Fortune Summoners received mixed reviews from critics. Sam Marchello of RPGamer scored it 1.5 out of 5, calling the game “a repetitive nightmare” with “poorly designed dungeons and neverending cutscenes filled with trite dialogue.” Francisco Acosta, writing for MeriStation, said that “For lovers of titles like Ghosts’n Goblins, Zelda II or Wonder Boy, Fortune Summoners is nothing short of essential, but we must bear in mind its limitations.”
