The Bing Maps add-in makes it easy to plot locations and visualize your data through Bing Maps in Excel
Bing Maps app for Office helps you use location data from a given column and plot it on a Bing Map. It also provides basic data visualization using your location data.
Plot: Once you launch the app from insert->app, you will see a default map embedded into your Excel spreadsheet. You can select locations from a column and click on the pin icon at the top right to plot them. The header for the column must be selected and the locations should be continuous valued below the header.
Data visualization: You can also select adjacent columns to the right of locations containing data that you want to visualize on the map. If cells from a single adjacent data column is selected, locations are plotted with different sized circles. If multiple data columns are selected, you have the option to either plot them as multiple circles or a pie chart. This can be controlled by clicking on settings icon on the top right.
Map Controls: You can use the map controls displayed on the top left to pan in a direction or to zoom in/out. Alternatively you can also zoom the map using your mouse or touch. Map view can be changed from settings to either road or birds eye.

The Excel Add-In for Bing Search provides the easiest way to connect with Bing Search results. Users simply supply their credentials via the connection wizard to create a connection and can immediately begin working with live Bing Search tables of data. The Excel Add-In is completely self-contained; no additional software installation is required.
Not long ago we told you about a Bing plugin for Word 2013 that adds a rather nice helper for your writing. Not only a dictionary, but also help with Thesaurus type things, along with a few other minor features. But Bing does a lot more for Office 2013 than just improve your writing.
The service also runs a very solid mapping operation, which it has also turned into an extension, this time for Excel 2013. If you are running any older version of Office then you won’t be able to use this.
To grab the Bing Maps plugin you’ll need to head to the Office Store. The add-on is free to download and install. Once you’ve grabbed it, there are a couple of simple steps to follow to integrate the service into your spreadsheet app.
The Bing Maps add-in can be utilized to show locations on a map with corresponding attributes that describe those locations. Additionally, locations can be visually distinguished by their numeric attributes with varying sizes of location markers.
For example, If you have a business in three different countries, you can easily create a Bing Map in Excel to plot a marker for each location where the sizes of the markers will display in different sizes. The varying sizes can be based on the revenue or some other numeric figure to show how each location varies from the other.

Insert the Map
To insert a Bing Map, first click on the insert tab, then click on the Bing Maps add-in button from the add-ins section of the ribbon. The button is hard to miss because it looks like the Bing logo.`
Install a license key using a registration key file?
1: Click Install Key after navigating to Tools & Settings > License Management > Plesk License Key.
2: Choose Upload a licence key file.
3: Click OK after providing the path to the key file you downloaded from the email.
